Heatseal Pty Ltd are locally owned and operated manufacturers of Double Glazing Glass (Insulating Glass Units) for windows and doors.

Insulating glass (IG), more commonly known as double glazing consists of two glass panes separated by a Warm Edge Spacer bar. We then fill the gap with an inert gas (Argon) this is more dense than air and slows down the transfer of heat.

Insulating glass units (IGUs) are manufactured with glass of all types from clear, to grey tints, different types of Low-E glass, toughened, laminated or tempered glass may also be used as part of the construction. Most units are produced with the same thickness of glass used on both panes but special applications such as acoustic attenuation or security may require wide ranges of thicknesses to be incorporated in the same unit.

We manufacture IGU’s right here in our Bunbury Glass Shop. All of our products are manufactured to conform with current Australian Standards and specified BAL ratings where required.
